Le Pigeon's Gabriel Rucker Opening Second Restaurant

The Oregonian's Michael C. Zusman lands another major scoop this week, and this one's huge: James Beard-nominated Gabriel Rucker of Le Pigeon fame will open another bird-monikered spot, Little Bird, in downtown Portland later this year.
