Cochon 555's infamous Brady Lowe is back for more. The porkfest founder is teaming up with the awkwardly named Protein University to host a "Who's Your Butcher?" contest, where amateur knife-wielders and professionals alike will compete for the right to attend a butcher's retreat, called Primal, later this year.
