Tin Shed and Helser's on PBS; Portobello's Vegan Pizza To-Go

ALBERTA: The Oregonian's Grant Butler has the skinny about the classiest media mention in recent memory: Intellectual-magnet PBS will feature Alberta's Helser's on Alberta and Tin Shed in an upcoming episode of documentary series Breakfast Special, airing Wednesday. Props to Breakfast in Bridgetown's Paul Gerald, now TV-famous!

SOUTHEAST: The newly-relocated Portobello Vegan Trattoria has started offering its vegan-friendly Neapolitan-inspired pies to-go. And according to chef/owner Aaron Adams, he and Kiwi pizzaiolo Will Fain (who recently relocated from New Zealand) are looking to upgrade to a wood-burning oven in the near future to provide an even better pizza experience.
