What's That All About? is a semi-regular feature in which Eater documents some of the plain ol' weirdness that keeps Portland you know what. For this installment we give you a wall of words tucked away in the bar at Irving Street Kitchen. These words of wisdom come from Lin Yutang, a Chinese writer and inventor. His wife, Lin TsuiFeng, was a cookbook author whose authentic recipes did a great deal to popularize the art of Chinese cookery in America. Perhaps Yutang was talking about TsuiFeng's cooking?
