Navarre chef/owner John Toboada has been quietly prepping his new event space, called Luce, over the past few weeks, welcoming private birthday parties and wedding receptions to the East Burnside locale. But good news for the non-partying public: Toboada recently announced that Luce will invite in the dining public beginning next week, in the form of a pig dinner on Monday.
