Next Friday, July 23, Gilt Club will be shouting "lights, camera, Food Network." That's because that's the day the good folks from Pietown Productions will film the Jamie Dunn-owned (right) eatery for a new show slated for the Food Network's fall line-up tentatively titled Meat and Potatoes. According to Pietown's producers, this new concept "follows a chef on his quest to find people that are doing amazing things with meat, from old school butchers and steakhouses to new school burgers and pastrami."
"I don't know our air date yet," says Dunn. "[But] they found us when researching Portland and want to feature [Gilt Club's] BLT cocktail, Quail in the Jar, Pork Rinds and a few other items." According to this Kansas City story, the series will premiere on Sept. 24 and is hosted by Rahm Fama.
