In addition to the vaguest of vague opening dates, Bunk Sandwiches' Facebook page reveals more details about the upcoming Bunk Bar offshoot's menu. Among the possibilities that sandwich masters Tommy Habetz and Nick Wood are considering (take a deep breath): French fry po'boys with duck gravy; a fried chicken and waffle sandwich with Applewood bacon and maple butter; confit of Trippa alla Romana (that's tripe, Roman-style) with tomato, chilies, mint, and Pecorino; and a grilled sharp cheddar with slow-roasted pork belly and apple chutney. Is it August yet?
