Ruby Jewel Retail Shop to Make Fair-Weather Debut

The Oregonian's lovely Leslie Cole reports that Ruby Jewel's brick-and-mortar spot will open for business on July 10, during the Mississippi Street Fair. Lisa Herlinger-Esco's covetable ice cream treats have also found a new partner-in-crime, in candy bars from local chocolatier Faith Dionne's Bees and Beans. Sweet.
