Jupiter's Taste of Mexico, FIN's Date, Nostrana's New Deal

EAST BURNSIDE: Autentica head chef Oswaldo Bibiano takes his show on the road for one-night-only, as Burnside's Jupiter Hotel announced that it'll play host to Bibiano's creations during its second-annual Taste of Mexico event next Thursday (July 29). "The Liquid Chef" Junior Merino will also be on-hand for the courtyard fete; proceeds from the $40 ticket will benefit the Institute for Mexicans Abroad’s Educational Fellowship Program.

SOUTHEAST: Trent Pierce's FIN, which was looking pretty damn good when Eater stopped by last week, has pushed back its opening date, from July 28 to July 30.

: In addition to their new $25, three-course "Farmhouse Dinners," Cathy Whims and the folks at Nostrana are extending the Cucina Provera series to lunch: Monday through Friday, guests can order up a two-course lunch (with wine!) for 15 bucks.
