Cannabis Cafe Re-Emerges, This Time in Southeast PDX

It's official: Coffee is so. over. Portland's Cannabis Cafe — the extremely high-profile weed cafe that shuttered in its first space in May — is re-opening its doors in SE Portland after a dispute with former landlords at NE Dekum. The cafe, which serves up snacks and coffee alongside, y'know, marijuana, is only open to registered members of the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program and Oregon NORML, a non-profit organization that lobbies for legalization. Opening date is July 31, at 4:20pm, natch.
