Chef Courtney Sproule's public dinner party project Din Din went big with its recent brunch series on Portland's distillery row — so for its next high-profile event, Sproule's thinking small. Sunday's "din mini!" event, at Sellwood's The Woods venue, will feature 23 miniature dishes, paired with similarly sized drink pairings — the bite-sized menu features everything from haricots verts with quail egg to squab and liver sauce, all portioned perfectly to give diners a lil' taste.
