Detour Cafe's Owners Begin Ford Food & Drink Buildout

The vacant corner space inside SE Division's historic Ford Building, which houses several office suites and art galleries, will soon become home to the Ford Food & Drink cafe, the second restaurant project from Rebecca Doggett and Scott Krombein, the folks behind Southeast's adorable Detour Cafe. The 39-seat space — complete with 12-foot-high windows — will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner (with hours of operation from 7am to 7pm). Projected opening date: August.
