Chef Sarah Schafer gives Eater the quick-and-dirty lowdown on the menu for Irving Street Kitchen's soon-to-be-launched brunch: The Southern-influenced offerings will include housemade sourdough flapjacks, skillet-fried eggs, cornmeal waffles with apple cider (and/or bourbon maple) syrup, and waffles with the "optional" fried chicken add-on.
