Not to be outdone by either Lincoln's July dining month deal or Whiskey Soda Lounge's crazy-awesome jelly-beer-maker, crafty Cathy Whims of Nostrana is throwing out a double-knockout punch.
In addition to quietly unveiling a $25, three-course "Farmhouse Dinner" on Tuesday and Wednesday's menu (the offerings change, but usually follows a rustic salad-protein-dessert model), Whims and Co. (including bar manager Douglas Derrick, pictured) also recently installed an Italian soda fountain — which churns out bubbly housemade sodas in flavors like strawberry and rhubarb. Game on.
