Best of Oregon Food & Wine Fest Fetes This Weekend

Image of the Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club courtesy official site

If this past weekend's Bite of Oregon proved to be more of a waterfront burn-out, this weekend's second-annual Best of Oregon Food & Wine Festival (yep, that's the whole name) purports to be the more upscale version, complete with swanky golf course/country club setting straight outta Mad Men. Aloha's Reserve Vineyards and Golf Course plays host, and in addition to pours from more than 25 wineries, expect bites from local favorites Bamboo Sushi, Aquariva, Thirst Wine Bar, Trebol, and the omnipresent KOi Fusion (among others); representing for wine country is the resort's own Vintage Room. A portion of proceeds from each $30 ticket will benefit Doernbecher Children's Hospital; get 'em here.
