After Opening and Closing Within a Month, Element Restaurant & Lounge is Up for Sale

New, 2 comments

The Element Restaurant and Lounge provided one of this year's biggest epic fails when it shuttered earlier this month — a scant three weeks after making its debut. And now, provided you have a spare $225K lying around, the "ultra lounge/club and restaurant" could be yours to own! Per a Craigslist post that went up this morning:

The wrap-around full service bar... has its own separate touch screen temperature control, two 32” HD flat screens, a 20 foot natural onyx stone bar top with up and under lighting, LED programmable backlit bar shelves that can fade, dance, or change between thousands of different colors, controlled fading lights, all brand new barstools, four designer couches and custom tables, and a fully stocked liquor supply with all mixing tools and glassware, keg cooler, refrigeration, and a separate dishwasher.

In other words, buy the space, the liquor comes free. But wait, there's more!: "The ice machine works great and is currently full of fresh ice and was serviced less than 30 days ago." Also: Video slideshow — in HD!.
