Bon Appétit's restaurant editor Andrew Knowlton has released his top ten new restaurants list, and it's heavy on the meat — with Benjamin Dyer's Laurelhurst Market leading the charge. Knowlton writes of Dyer and co-owners Jason Owens and David Kreifels: "Part steakhouse, part butcher shop, 100 percent ode to all things meat — this is 'The Year in Food 2010' distilled into a single restaurant." (Sure, Laurelhurst opened in 2009, but let's just go with it, 'kay?) Click over to Eater National for more about the meat-happy list, including the rest of the top 10.
