NORTHWEST: Ken's Artisan Bakery, of macaroon and pizza fame alike, is now tackling Vietnamese with two Bánh mì on its menu: The meat version features chicken liver terrine with pickled daikon, pickled carrots, cilantro, wasabi mayo and Sriracha on a baguette; the veggie version replaces the chicken liver with a bean cake.
E. BURNSIDE: An Eater operative sends in the photo at right, of Benjamin Dyer's super-highly-anticipated Ate-Oh-Ate Hawaiian spot. High ceilings, skylights, so far no linoleum in sight.
