An Eater operative reports that Lincoln Restaurant's dynamic duo of David Welch and chef Jenn Louis have secured a space in SE Division's newly redeveloped Reliable building. According to realtor documents, the pair are the first to sign-on into the space that will eventually house three restaurant/retail locations; no word if Jenn's eyeing another full-fledged restaurant or a hub of her Culinary Artistry catering company, but a pending OLCC license has us betting on (and hoping for) the former.
