The Southeast space that until recently housed Roots Organic Brewery has a new tenant that'll keep things in the alchie family: A liquor license application has been filed for a winery and bar dubbed La Boheme. Though the license is specifically for "winery/wholesale/retail," the app mentions lunch and dinner hours spanning from noon to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
