That's what she said! Southeast's Portland Roasting Coffee Company announced a series of free coffee cupping events — one for industry folks, the other "for the people" — slated for September 15 and 16. The complimentary tasting/rating event will feature pairings of their signature roasts with artisan nosh, including Guatemala and dark chocolate; El Salvador and nuts; Organic Dark Sumatra and local mushrooms; and Ethiopia and berries. Spaces are limited and RSVP required.
