But fret not — we've got the rundown of how to hit every single shindig going down this Sunday. Deep breath, kids:
Noon-6pm: Accanto at the Belmont Street Fair
During the Belmont Street Fair, Accanto opens its patio for an all-day happy hour featuring cocktail, beer, and wine specials in addition to a selection of small plates. DJs will be spinning all afternoon, and guests can score open-house-style tours of tony next-door-neighbor Genoa.
3pm-9pm: Cafe Nell's End of Summer Clambake
Chef Andrew Garrett toasts Cafe Nell's second anniversary with its second-annual outdoor clambake, featuring crayfish, clams, trucked-in sand, and those infamous short shorts. Proceeds from the $50 ticket benefit Basic Rights Oregon and Q Center.
5pm-11pm: Bluehour's 10th Anniversary Street Party
Bruce Carey's Pearl stalwart Bluehour celebrates its decade of existence with a killer block party featuring PDX's very own rock diva Storm Large. The extensive menu includes four cocktail options shaken up by bartender Tommy Klus; the lengthy food list includes a whole suckling pig, seafood bar, and a "bluehour ice cream cart." Half of the $120 ticket price will benefit Mercy Corps.
8pm-?: Beast v. Iron Chef America party
Naomi Pomeroy's Iron Chef America episode finally hits the air, and in true Beast style, they're throwing a red-carpet-style viewing party at downtown's Living Room Theaters. The episode airs at 10pm; proceeds to benefit the FEED Foundation.
