A quick glance at the Portland Meat Collective's fall list of classes confirms a long-floating rumor that the Ned Ludd chef and co-owner is slated to open a new venture, dubbed Grain & Gristle, in the same NE Prescott building soon to be vacated by Podnah's Pit (and will soon house Andy Ricker's new takeout joint, Pok Pok Noi). More information as soon as it becomes available.
