Groupon wrote a response on their official blog yesterday to Posies Cafe owner Jessie Burke, who had a pretty negative experience using the discount site. Groupon higher-ups name-drop other Portland businesses that have had positive experiences, talk about having created merchant preparation materials, and try to make clear that "it has always been Groupon policy to allow merchants to cap deals."
