Megan Henzel's breezy Belmont spot Roost just opened last week, but brunch is already ready to make its debut. A sneak peek at the menu, which will launch this Saturday at 10am: "Kentucky hot brown" with savory french toast, poached eggs, bacon and mornay sauce; vegetarian-friendly creamed corn with stewed tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and spinach; corn cakes topped with fried eggs, smoked trout, tomato and arugula; and maple and brown butter nut granola with yogurt. Price point ranges from $9.50 to $14.
