Wildwood Goes Thai, Vino Paradiso Goes Vegan, Fin Gets Drunk

NORTHWEST: This Friday (September 10), classic Pacific Northwest hotspot Wildwood welcomes chef Sonthaya Kaewpradit, of Thailand’s five-star hotel Chedi Phuket, for a four-course, collaborative dinner with Wildwood's resident chef Dustin Clark. The $65 reservation includes Thai dishes served with pairings from Chehalem Winery.

PEARL DISTRICT: Grant Butler is going to be so. stoked. Italian wine bar Vino Paradiso head chef Paul Losch will cook up a $50, six-course vegan dinner on September 19, featuring dishes like carrot & leek terrine paired with wines from Anne Amie Vineyards. RSVP required.

SOUTHEAST: Trent Pierce's seafood house Fin celebrates its first-ever pairing dinner on September 22 with six courses paired with sake. The sake dinner will set you back $75; reservations required.
