NoPo's Pitxi Shutters After Nine Months in Business

Proprietors of North Lombard's Pitxi Restaurant announced late today via the Facebooks that the restaurant-slash-wine-bar has closed permanently: "Sorry to announce but we have closed our doors. Thanks to all that have given us their support! It has been a pleasure feeding you! Until the next time."

Pitxi (pronounced "peachy") debuted in its new space last April, after chef Edward Martinez moved to Lombard from his former digs in Sandy. More information when/if it becomes available.
