Pastry chef extraordinaire Kristen Murray (famously of Lucier and Fenouil, she's currently shaking up the dessert menu at Paley's Place) will offer a lucky half-dozen students some doughy insights during a "Sunday Pastry Series" at Southeast cooking school Chefs Studio.
Beginning January 30 and spanning four weeks, Murray will walk students through four five-hours session featuring tips and tricks on how to make the perfect tart dough, from sweet to yeasty to flaky — each session ends with a recipe tasting and wine pairing.
