Presumably taking a short break from those brick-and-mortar plans, Tails & Trotters' Morgan Brownlow and Aaron Silverman will join Wildwood chef Dustin Clark for the inaugural "Overton Street Supper Series," on January 28. The $50 family-style dinner (including two wine pours) will feature T&T's porky goodness, in addition to promised conversation with the chef and farmers.
(And about that retail shop? Silverman says that "Things are progressing — a very accurate word — for both Tails & Trotters' retail & USDA-inspected production spaces," though no ink is dried on a lease just yet).
