If you were looking to score a reservation for Fin's final dinner service on Valentine's Day, the restaurant, unsurprisingly, is already completely booked (snooze/lose/etc.). But according to chef Trent Pierce, the bar area will be kept open for walk-ins (with a limited food menu but full beverage menu available). And for those lucky enough to secure their seats, sounds like you're in for a treat: "Menu is top secret and still in the works," Pierce says. "However, I can say that there will be extremely fresh seafood on the menu... And preperations that we have not done yet on the current menu." [EaterWire]
