Italian haute spot Genoa (which rocks a $60, five-course prix fixe every night) just got uber-veggie friendly: Chef David Anderson (with new sous Daniel Mondok) announced the debut of a five course "Harvest menu," featuring all-vegetarian options (one entrée each night will feature seafood for pescatarians, and each course also includes a vegan offering). The debut vegetarian prix fixe, which launches Feb. 1, features options like squash-puree soup, chard-stuffed pansotti, and lentil-based stew with wild mushrooms. [EaterWire]
