Portland vegan chef Sadie Bowman (who recently launched the confectionary/bakery Voracious Herbivore) is off to Thailand to shoot a television pilot for vegan- and veggie-friendly foodie show called The Intrepid Herbivores, and like many with a DIY mentality, Bowman's turned to fundraising site Kickstarter to secure funds for a trip to her first exotic locale.
