Eater pal Eddie Huang breaks the news that Andy Ricker will bring New York City its first Pok Pok in the Lower East Side location that until recently housed Huang's restaurant, Baohaus. According to Huang, Ricker will turn the spot into a Pok Pok wing shack: "I made him an offer, we shook hands, and within three weeks, all you gonna hear is bitches screamin' 2 Pok." Previous reports suggested that Ricker preferred to start his national expansion in Brooklyn's Red Hook neighborhood; more information as it becomes available. [Fresh Off the Boat]
