An update regarding that New York Pok Pok outpost (for those of you who get that homesick when visiting NYC): Andy Ricker tells Eater NY that in addition to his Ike's Vietnamese Fish Sauce Wings, the Lower East Side wing shack (going in the former Baohaus space) will serve a shortened menu of papaya salad, sticky rice, a few specials, and his famous drinking vinegars. (Plans are still going forward for a full-sized Pok Pok restaurant in Red Hook.) No name or opening date have been announced for the LES shack yet, though Ricker says it'll happen before the end of the year. [-ENY-]
