WWeek reports that the 7,600-square-foot building that briefly housed the spectacularly schmancy Lucier is officially available for lease (Lucier closed in 2008). No word on the rent asked for by Dussin Group president Chris Dussin (Old Spaghetti Factory, the shuttered Fenouil) — who reportedly spent upwards of $4 million to turn the space into a Vegas-style spot. But for interested parties, the listing's available here. [WW]
