Former Simpatica chef Scott Ketterman has announced a recurring dinner pop-up for his new Crown Paella project. The PDX TXOKO dinner series, a collaboration between Crown Paella and Viridian Farms, will highlight different culinary regions of Spain with each event; the first pop-up, hitting the Beaker & Flask space on Sunday, December 4, will focus on the cuisine of La Rioja.
