As previously reported, the Restaurants Unlimited group will soon open a new concept, the Portland Seafood Company, in SE's Mall 205, and the Oregonian has some details: The restaurant will take over the existing Newport Seafood Grill space; its menu has been crafted by Portland City Grill chef Brian Poor; and sustainable fish (certified by the Monterey Bay Aquarium) will be the focus. The spot opens this Thursday. [OregonLive]
