Portland Monthly's Karen Brooks gets a sneak peek inside the upcoming Oven & Shaker, and reports that chef Cathy Whims's signature pizza scissors will not make the transition from Nostrana to the new pizza spot. According to Brooks, "Oven and Shaker is her fun lab, not simply a showcase for classical treatises... No more knives big enough to frighten Jack Bauer or scissors.
