Looks like a storied Portland property business is up for sale: According to a broker's ad, N. Interstate's Gotham Tavern — which originally opened in 2004 as part of Naomi Pomeroy and Michael Hebb's Ripe empire — is on the market. The Hebberoy version of Gotham famously shuttered in 2006, and was purchased by chef/owner Barry Powelson the following year (he's now looking to quick-sale the business, which still features those polarizing "beehive" private rooms, for $125K).
