And now, a peek inside the pizza-meets-cocktails collaboration Oven & Shaker, the hotly anticipated project by Nostrana's Cathy Whims, ChefStable's Kurt Huffman, and Aviation Gin's Ryan Magarian. According to Magarian, the 2007 film The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford inspired the look of the 3,200-square-foot space, which features an exposed-wood wall behind the sprawling (45-foot-long) bar, wood-framed giant wall mirrors, and a room-length booth backed by (you guessed it) more wood.

Those who purchased a LivingSocial deal and/or a ChefStable-direct preview seat are getting their sneak peeks this week (tickets for the latter are apparently still available online). For the rest of y'all, Oven & Shaker opens to the public on November 29.
