The Portland Business Journal reports this afternoon that the Kettleman Bagel Company, which was founded in Portland in 2006, has been sold to the Colorado-based Einstein Noah Restaurant Group.

According to the PBJ, Einstein owns national bagel brands Einstein Bros., Noah's New York Bagels, and Manhattan Bagel, and all five of Kettleman's Portland locations will be rebranded as either Einstein or Noah's in the near future. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
