According to Beast's Facebook page it looks like fork-to-the-city recipient Chef Naomi Pomeroy has added something...well..."new" to the menu: fried bone marrow. Says the Beast post: "we are going to call these marrow tots." Eater calls it food porn at the highest level. [Facebook]
