Pok Pok's Andy Ricker is a man of many talents. Apparently chief among them: Fish wranglin,' cleaver-style. Bon Appetit editor-in-chief Adam Rapoport twatted this peek at the magazine's January 2012 issue, which features not only Ricker's "cooking primer" for simple-but-authentic Thai food (check his recipes for Kai Teun and coconut rice), but also the above illustration, which would make a pretty pimp tattoo for any line chef looking to get Ricker's attention.
