Hot off a recent StarChefs "Rising Star" win for Portland's Best Hotel Chef, Aquariva's Andy Arndt is on the move — to another hotel. Reps for Arndt confirm that the chef will head up the kitchen at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront, which is currently under renovations to add a new lobby, "coffee bar, lounge, and NEW restaurant featuring Northwest cuisine." (The current incarnation of the hotel, near PSU on the Naito Parkway, features one dining option, the Champions Restaurant & Sports Bar.)
