Every Man of the World* has a Heineken BeerTender®. After all, it lets you have the premium experience of pouring fresh Heineken draught beer right at home. It's probably the greatest gift in the world. Secretly, you'd love to buy one for yourself, but you can't. It's the holidays after all — buying yourself a gift looks selfish.

Until now. Introducing BeerFriender, a first of its kind Facebook application that matches you up with a like-minded stranger who's also in the market for a BeerTender®. Instead of buying BeerTenders for yourselves, the app makes it look like you bought them for each other. It’s going to change gift-giving as we know it.

Now that you are set with your BeerTender®, it’s obviously time to throw the perfect holiday party. Check out our list of Portland's best to-go-friendly food spots to accompany your home-poured draught.

1.) Olympic Provisions: OP's deli counter is stocked full of enough charcuterie, salami, rillettes, and mousse to throw together a holiday platter (go for the saucisson sec and loukankia), but don't forget its full menu of sandwiches available to-go. The westside location also features deli-style salads to counterbalance all the meaty goodness.

2.) Pok Pok Noi: The Northeast outpost of Andy Ricker's Thai empire features a menu literally made for take-out, with Pok Pok's signature dishes like kai yaang (charcoal rotisserie chicken), papaya pok pok (a spicy papaya salad), and Ricker's famous, addictive Vietnamese fish sauce wings.

3.) Simpatica Dining Hall: The catering arm of this Southeast supper club whips up custom menus heavily influenced by its sister spot's butcher's counter.

4.) Bunk Sandwiches: For a casual (and slightly messy) holiday feed, order up stacks of Bunk's hearty pork belly banh mi, mufaletta, and roast pork sandwiches.

5.) KOi Fusion: Why order in when you can have a truck park right outside? KOi Fusion's fleet of Korean tacos, burritos, and quesadillas can show up to any event upon request — or, for the less spectacle inclined, will deliver its tacos directly to your shindig.

6.) Kenny & Zuke's: The downtown Jewish deli offers classic deli platters with advance notice (featuring its house-smoked pastrami, corned beef, and chopped liver), in addition to soups, salads, and entrees available in party sizes.
