One year after its auspicious opening, Eater's Restaurant of the Year St. Jack will celebrate its first anniversary in style: By inviting the city to stop by and nosh on free food. On Tuesday, December 27, the bistro throws its doors open from 6pm to 2am, serving up complimentary bites of chilled mussels ravigote, local oysters, Alsatian tarte flambee, charcuterie, and patisserie sweets (among others).
