The Wall Street Journal stops by the NW Industrial District to hang out with local blendmaster Steven Smith (he of Stash, Tazo, and his eponymous line), dubbing the teamaker "one of the biggest players in modern tea history." One of the reasons for Smith's tea-tasting expertise: Some days, he tastes "200 teas of the same type made in the same week from the same region from a number of different producers."
