If there's one phrase that best describes the menu at Jenn Louis' N. Williams spot Lincoln, "healthy Mexican food" isn't the first thing that comes to mind. But the chef does serve up three south-of-the-border-influenced recipes in this month's issue of Food & Wine (think chicken tingas), along with an immune-system-boosting winter tip: "The citrus in margaritas has a lot of vitamin C."
