BELMONT: Owners of the Cackalacks Hot Chicken Shack, a fried chicken cart in the Good Food Here cart pod, confirmed via the Twitters today that their business is up for sale. The operation — available as a turn-key investment for interested parties — will remain open seven days a week until it's officially sold, according to owners. [Twitter]

NORTHWEST/ALPHABET DISTRICT: Neighborhood Notes reports that Blitz's NW 21st location, dubbed Blitz 21, has officially opened with an eye toward a more "adult" vibe (it's the only sports pub offshoot that's exclusively 21-and-over. So, the moniker has a double meaning. Get it?). According to NN, Blitz's director of operations calls the new Blitz outpost "a bar with some TVs, rather than a sports bar with many." [NNotes]
