DOWNTOWN: Departure chef Greg Gourdet gets extreme with fowl with a special Peking duck dinners, available only through the end of December. The $75 prix fixe meal feeds four with one Peking duck, accompanying Mandarin pancakes, duck fried rice (garnished with duck liver, heart and kidneys cooked sous vide), and assorted accoutrements.
